The Sony Ericsson K800i is a "block" (or "candy bar") style mobile phone handset manufactured by Sony Ericsson. The device first appeared in the 2006James Bond film Casino Royale as a communications device modified by the British Secret Intelligence Service's (SIS/MI6) research and development division, Q-Branch. The handset was subsequently seen in the 2008James Bond video game Quantum of Solace as a standard phone.

Video Game History[]

A white-plated Sony Ericsson K800i appears in the video game adaptation of Quantum of Solace alongside its newer model, a black-plated C902. Even though, Bond uses the latter throughout the game, most intelligence gatherings are obtained from white K800i cellphones found across the levels.

BloodStone-Smartphone

A cellphone loosely based on the K800i model appears in Blood Stone, as well, albeit unnamed and unlicensed. Bond uses a black-colored version of the phone while Nicole Hunter's is stylized and overdecorated in pink. The only difference from its real-life variant is the screen being larger, for otherwise its design remains mostly faithful to K800i, minus the removed brand names and logos.
